What currencies are your products available in and do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally and all prices are displayed in your country's currency.
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–9 days for your order to be shipped out and delivered. Production speed and shipping times can vary. Tracking numbers will be available 1–2 days after your order has been shipped.
If you do not have a tracking number after seven business days, please email us at info@autospec.store so we can make it right.
What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days after contacting us to send your item back for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. Once we receive your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel to ensure prompt processing of your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, please follow the return steps above to receive a full refund.
Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
No problem. If you entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address and notify us at info@autospec.store. We can update it within the first 12 hours. After 12 hours without notification, we cannot guarantee changes and no refund will be issued for address-related issues.
